How do I upload my personalized photos?
Once you have completed your order you will have the opportunity to upload JPG images from your computer. You are allowed to upload up to 30MBs of images (.jpg or .jpeg). These images will then be uploaded to an SD Memory card and included with your gift. Your gift recipient will be surprised to see all of your personalized photos when they turn on their new digital frame.

Are there any restrictions to the images I upload?
Yes, we only accept .JPG or .JPEG image files at this time. Prior to uploading your images you must accept our terms and conditions. Please review these terms prior to placing your order. We reserve the right to reject any image or order that does not comply with our terms and conditions.

Can I create a personalized message for the gift recipient?
Absolutely! Once you have completed your order you will have the opportunity to add a personalized gift message that will be printed on a gift card inside the gift box.

Can I order more than one frame at a time?
At this time we allow only one digital frame per order.

When can I expect my gift to arrive?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse. Orders shipped via FREE Ground usually take 5 to 7 business days after leaving our warehouse. Orders shipped 2nd Day Delivery are usually delivered by the end of the second business day after leaving our warehouse. Orders shipped overnight are usually delivered by the end of the next business day after leaving our warehouse. No order processing takes place on Saturday or Sunday.

Does someone need to be at the shipping address at the time of delivery?
It is a good idea to have someone at the shipping address at the time of delivery. Generally, the carrier will leave the package at the doorstep if no one is available. However, the carrier may choose to redeliver the package the next business day.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Orders shipping to Texas will be charged tax. All other orders will NOT be charged tax.

How much is shipping?
For a limited time, we are offering FREE "Value Shipping" on all orders. "Value Shipping" orders will ship via the most economical method between U.S. Postal Service and UPS Ground. We also offer UPS Ground for $8.99, UPS 2nd Day delivery for $12.99, and UPS Overnight for $16.99.
